I am a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner and Integrative Health Coach, and I work with women in midlife who know something in their body feels different, even if they have been told everything looks normal. My approach looks at the deeper patterns that can shape how a woman feels in this season, including blood sugar, stress physiology, sleep, digestion, inflammation, nervous system load, circadian rhythm, and hormones. I do not believe in guessing, quick fixes, or treating symptoms in isolation. I believe in understanding the whole picture, supporting the body well, and working in the right order.

Most women do not need more pressure.
They need a more complete picture.

I look at the broader picture shaping how you feel, including blood sugar, stress physiology, digestion, inflammation, sleep, nervous system load, and hormone patterns.

When appropriate, I use functional lab data to help uncover deeper patterns in hormones, gut health, stress physiology, minerals, and more, always in the context of the woman in front of me.
